The Ryukyu Night Festival is a celebration that takes place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Aug. 3 through Sep. 22 at Murasaki Mura theme park in Yomitan Village, Okinawa, Japan. The 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group conducted a change of command ceremony at Soiffert field here, Jan. 15, passing the total accountability, responsibility and authority of the battalion between two lieutenant colonels.
