Marines attended the Lance Corporal Seminar, “Train the Trainer”, at Marine Forces Reserve, August 27, 2014. The seminar brought information on what the new course will involve and how it will be applied to Lance Corporals. Sergeants will run the course and take small groups of Lance Corporals for group discussions on leadership and ethics. The goals of the course are to help Lance Corporals stay on track, develop leadership skills and uphold the ethics they were instilled with when they became Marines. Also available in high definition.
