Shane Lemieux, an offensive tackle for the West Valley High School Rams varsity football team and 17-year-old native of Yakima, Wash., was recently selected for the 2015 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl and received his jersey from Seattle and Yakima-based Marines at West Valley High School in Yakima, Wash., Oct. 31, 2014. Lemieux is among approximately 100 student athletes from across the nation selected to participate in the game at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif., Jan. 4, 2015. The Actions Sports Association (ASA) High School Tour is a high-energy action sports circuit that visits cities across the United States. The tour supports the Anti-Defamation League's No Place for Hate Camaign and the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids by bringing in five of the world's top professional skateboarders, inline skaters and BMX riders to perform on a state-of-the-art half pipe, while an emcee delivers an educational message in a fun, positive and interactive fashion.
