Key leaders of the Combined Joint Civil-Military Operations Task Force element of Exercise Cobra Gold 2015 visited Samart Loypha, the governor of Chanthaburi Province, Thailand, at the Province's capitol building Jan. 29 to discuss an Engineer Civic Action Project at Ban Chan Krehm elementary school, located Chanthaburi's Kaeng Hang Maeo District. Cobra Gold includes a specific focus on humanitarian civic assistant to support the needs and humanitarian interests of Thai civilian populations around the region. The ENCAP, which utilizes the combined force of U.S. Navy, Indian Army and Royal Thai Marine and Navy military engineers, will result in a new library facility for scholars ages 4-12.
