Foster Fest 2015 Fosters Fun, Friendship

Camp Foster opened its gates to service members and Okinawa residents island-wide April 11-12 for Foster Fest 2015, Okinawa, Japan. The event hosted a slew of activities, food and live music. Headlining this year's festival was metalcore pop punk fusion A Day to Remember. The band played alongside other a slew of local music groups during the event.

Service members and their families celebrate Spring Fest at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, April 24, 2021. Marine Corps Community Services along with National Resources and Envionmental Affairs hosted the 2021 Spring Fest event that included activities such as sports drills, interactive booths, inflatable obstacle course, basketball shootout, and rock wall climbing. Country music singer, Tyler Farr, tours Camp Lejeune during Base*FEST

American country music singer and songwriter, Tyler Farr, received a tour of Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune’s Military Working Dog Section during Camp Lejeune’s Base*FEST on July 4th. Hours before Farr was to perform for thousands during the festival, civilian police officers and Marine military police provided Farr with a basic military working dog demonstration.

Kids Fest!

Marines, Sailors, families and members of the local community attended Kids Fest in Beaufort, S.c., April 7. The event as held in recognition of April, the Month of the Military Child and Child Abuse Prevention Month. Throughout this month, the Tri-command and local community recognize the sacrifices of military families and raise awareness to prevent child abuse. Hansen Fest 2014 with P.O.D.

With the stage set, the amplifiers cranked to 11, and the anticipation high, a crowd gathered for Hansen Fest. The concert event was held Sept. 13-14 on Camp Hansen and had free admission to all locals, service members, and their families. The band P.O.D. was the headliner for the event. Cpl.
