Exercise Constant Vigilance was held Sept. 21st through the 24th on Marine Corps Base Camp Butler in Okinawa, Japan. The annual training exercise enhance the safety of service members, families and areas surrounding the base by allowing Marines to practice for crisis events. It is training required throughout the Department of Defense.
