The Iron Mike Monument, built in memory of the men of Parris Island who lost their lives during World War I, is rededicated at MCRD Parris Island, S.C., Oct. 15, 2015. Steve Price, a member of the Parris Island Living History Detachment, explains how the monument is a representation of the fighting spirit that is passed on to every Marine that is trained upon MCRD Parris Island.
