Marines with 1st Law Enforcement Battalion conduct a series of live-fire shoots with assault rifles, pistols and shotguns at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Jan. 27, 2016. The purpose of the shoot is to perfect Marines’ weapon handling skills in order to build their confidence in accurately discharging their weapons systems. Interview 1: 1st Lt. Matthew Borkowski is a platoon commander with Company B, 1st LEB. Borkowski is from Islip, New York.Interview 2: Lance Cpl. James Overstreet is a military policeman with Company C, 1st LEB.
