Marines from Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., collaborate with local Border Patrol agents in creating a video public service announcement, Feb. 22 to 26. The video is based off an actual case and is being used to inform viewers of the reality of smuggling across the Mexican border and its consequences.
