NCIS relies on support from personnel on military installations like Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton to prevent or stop crime. That's why NCIS has launched NCIS Tips, a web and mobile applications that can be used to safely, discreetly, and anonymously report criminal activity and force protection threats affecting the Marine Corps.
