Cpl. Jesse Meinhardt, squad leader, Company K, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, shares his thoughts on the importance of holding the billet of squad leader. Meinhardt has waited more than three years to fill this role and says the responsibility of his new job allows him to continue as a professional warfighter.
