U.S. Marines with 1st Marine Logistics Group demonstrate the prideful mentality that come with being a Marine non-commissioned officer through the depiction of an NCO lounge area constructed under the direction of 1st MLG leadership, aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 15, 2016. The lounge, built by Marine of 7th Engineer Support Battalion in one of their bachelor enlisted quarters buildings, serves as a place for NCOs to share leadership skills, build camaraderie, and develop ideas together in a setting removed from their work environment.
