U.S. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force 16.2 conduct a non-lethal weapons range on Mihal Kogălniceanu airbase, Romania, Aug. 23, 2016. The Marines can use this training in partner nation multilateral training with partner nations in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions designed to enhance participants’ collective professional military capacity, promote regional stability and build enduring relationships with partner nations.
