U.S. Marines and Sailors with Task Force Koa Moana 16-4 integrated with the Republic of Fiji Military Forces to train in non-lethal weapons procedures in Suva, Fiji Oct. 17, 2016. The Koa Moana exercise seeks to enhance senior military leader engagements between allied and partner nations in the Pacific with a collective interest in military-to-military relations and to discuss key aspects of military operations, capability development and interoperability in the South Pacific.
