Staff Sgt. Colin White, an explosive ordnance disposal technician with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command, recreates improvised explosive devices currently used by enemy forces in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. Utilizing hardware-using software to duplicate IEDs enables technicians to develop effective ways to counter these IEDs and understand their configuration, ultimately enhancing the level of training and increasing readiness within the SPMAGTF.
