Service members from Jamaica, Belize, Trinidad and Tobago, and Mexico conduct a simulated raid on an overtaken heliport during Exercise Tradewinds 2017 Phase II, in Chaguaramas, Trinidad and Tobago, June 14, 2017. Tradewinds, sponsored by U.S. Southern Command, brings together security forces from 20 participating countries to strengthen relationships, build partner nation capacity and conduct subject matter expert exchanges in security-related operations.
