A highlight of the importance of Exercise Koolendong 17 that partook on July 2017. Koolendong 17 is an annual, battalion-level bilateral live fire event designed to improve combat readiness and provide training opportunities that strengthen the interoperability of U.S. Marines and sailors, Australian Defence Force, and French Army New Caledonia.
