Representatives with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives held a demonstration for local San Diego County media outlets at Escondido P.D. Range 25855, Escondido, Calif., August 17, 2017. The demonstration helped civilians as well as Marines learn and understand the dangers and consequences of producing or possessing an unfinished receiver.
