Dynamic Warm-upDynamic MobilityPreparation:The Marine will start in the standing position with feet shoulder width apart.Execution:The Marine will bend at the knees and lean slightly forward with a straight back. They will jump to the right, landing on the right leg. The left leg will come near their right ankle, but the left foot should not touch the deck. The Marine will then jump to the left, landing on the left leg and bringing the right leg near the left ankle while prevent the right foot from touching the deck. They should swing the arm while performing this movement to help maintain balance.Common Mistakes: - Not driving side to side far enough - Letting the back foot touch
