U.S. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force (BSRF) 18.1 acquired new tactical skills during non-lethal weapons training aboard Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania on April 6th, 2018. Sgt. Antoni Wherry and his fellow non-lethal weapons instructors taught the Marines how to employ tasers, utilize crowd control formations, and conduct themselves under the stress of being sprayed with oleoresin capsicum (OC).
