Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, command chaplains host resilience training at the Cherry Point Inn, Feb. 13, 2019. The purpose of the training was to provide service members with the tools they need to confront challenges in life. Topics included emotional management, alcohol and choices relating to it, relationships and how they impact resilience, mental toughness and mindfulness, and biofeedback.
