Marines with the Expeditionary Firefighting and Rescue team attached to Marine Wing Support Detachment 273 regroup after successfully extinguishing a controlled training fire during a detachment field exercise aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, Feb. 27. MWSD-273 conducted a base recovery after attack exercise utilizing their damage assessment team, damage assessment response team, and expeditionary firefighting and rescue team.
