More Information
Thirty-five local children from Sapang Bato Elementary School visited Clark Air Base during Exercise Balikatan, April 6, 2019 to meet U.S. Airmen and Marines and learn about their jobs. Children saw various aircraft and military equipment and received school supplies. Balikatan is a Tagalog phrase meaning “shoulder-to-shoulder,” which characterizes the spirit of the exercise and represents the partnership between the U.S. and the Philippines.
