U.S. Marine Corps 1st Sgt. Joshua Celis was awarded the 2018 Secretary of the Air Force Leadership Award May 14, 2019 at Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama. The award is the Air Force's most prestigious award for leadership honoring exceptional performance in a professional military education setting.
