During CLR-37’s change of command ceremony Johnson relinquished command to Col. Omar J. Randall. While Johnson was the commanding officer of CLR-37, he had many accomplishments to include the successful completion of Exercise Freedom Banner 19 as well as maintaining the living conditions and facilities as the camp commander on Camp Kinser.
