The Battles Won Academy is an opportunity for the Marine Corps to recognize students who are fighting and winning battles - both on the playing field and off - to make their communities stronger. The program develops skills not only important in sports and school, but throughout life, such as self-confidence, discipline, teamwork and how to hone the fighting spirit.
