Also known as the “Coyotes,” HMLA-775 was reactivated on Camp Pendleton in 2016 after being decommissioned for nearly eight years. The air station operates and maintains a secure airfield in order to support I Marine Expeditionary Force, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton tenant commands and visiting units to enhance their mission capabilities and combat readiness.
