After a competitive early board for the Marine Option Naval Reserves Officer Training Corps Scholarship, Justin Lafferty from Anchorage Alaska won the scholarship. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Marines of Recruiting Station Portland had to surprise Justin virtually of his win.
