Staff Sgt. Louis A. Bourdony, a small arms repair technical instructor, is the recipient of the 2020 Instructor of the Year award for Marine Detachment Fort Lee, Va. This award embodies the culmination of character, work ethic, and personal accomplishment within the detachment and the Marine Corps as a whole. Through his efforts, Staff Sgt.
