Gen. David Berger, the 38th Commandant of the Marine Corps, and Sgt Maj. Troy Black, the 19th Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, along with Marines assigned to Marine Barracks Washington, conduct a cake-cutting ceremony at Marine Barracks, Washington, D.C.
