U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Phillip Fernandez talks about Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 266 mission during the Joint Task Force-Haiti humanitarian-assistance and disaster-relief operations in Jeremie, Haiti, Oct. 12, 2021.
