U.S. Marine Corps Col. Mark R. Liston, commanding officer, Weapons Training Battalion, relinquishes command to Col. Gregory L. Jones, oncoming commanding officer, during a change of command ceremony on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, July 28, 2022.
