CAMP TITIN, Jordan - U.S. Marines and Sailors with 4th Combat Engineer Battalion, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, U.S Marines assigned to Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Central Command (FASTCENT), and 77th Royal Jordanian Marine Battalion with the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) successfully completed exercise Eager Lion 22 aboard Camp Titin, Jordan, Sept. 18, 2022. Eager Lion 22 is a multilateral exercise hosted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, designed to exchange military expertise, and improve interoperability among partner nations, and considered the capstone of a broader U.S. military relationship with the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF). Pride of the Pacific: Partnership II U.S. Marines with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Sailors assigned to the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS John P. Murtha (LPD 26) arrive in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a regularly scheduled port visit, Aug. 26, 2019. The Boxer Amphibious Ready Group and the 11th MEU are deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.

13th MEU Combat Camera, Camp Pendleton (October 6, 2016) - WestPac-16 deployment February 2016 to September 2016. The 13th MEU deployed to 5th and 7th fleet area of operations providing close air support to Iraqi security forces and the coalition fighting ISIL in Operation Inherent Resolve. The Fighting 13th supported the UAE-led coalition fighting Al Qaeda in Mukalla, Yemen. The Fighting 13th participated in multinational training exercises SSang Yong in South Korea and Eager Lion in Jordan. The Fighting 13th participated in theater security cooperation engagements with military counterparts in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
