Runners taking part in this year’s 47th Marine Corps Marathon participate in a feature story video showcasing the Marine Corps Marathon and its unique participants. The Marine Corps Marathon known as the people’s marathon is held in Arlington, Virginia and Washington D.C. Karim Trueblood, from Front Royal, Virginia is pursuing a doctorate degree, is currently in law school to support the law firm she works for, and is a returning participant. The purpose of showcasing Mrs. Trueblood's’ story is to display the true meaning of the given name “the people's marathon, “by displaying the diversity and uniqueness of the participants in the Marine Corps Marathon.
