U.S. Marines with Marine Corps Intelligence Schools, Training Command, and Marine Corps Security Cooperation Training Detachment (MCSCTD), conduct an activation ceremony at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia, May 9, 2022.
