U.S. Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 312 participates in Aviation Training Relocation (ATR) program at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Jan 26. 2023. VMFA-312 conducted flight operations in Guam as a part of the ATR, a bilateral program aimed to increase operational readiness and interoperability, reduce local noise impacts, and acclimate squadrons to operating across different environments.
