Camp Mujuk has grown its relationship with the Republic of Korea through the opportunities provided by the ROK-U.S. alliance established officially in 1953. The ROK-U.S. alliance was made to maintain the vital defense and security of the Korean Peninsula, and serve as an anchor point to U.S. joint force posture in the Indo-Pacific region.
