GENTEXT/REMARKS/ 1.  PURPOSE.  To provide Transition Readiness Program training and Marine For Life Cycle (M4LC) materials, for  Commanders (COs), Unit Transition Coordinators (UTCs) and Marines in support of reference (a)and(b).
2.  In order to gain access to the TRP Gear Locker website, individuals must first visit http:(slash)(slash)thegearlocker.org to request access.  This process takes up to two business days.  Once granted access, visit the TRP Gear Locker page to locate toolkits with materials for COs (or designees) and UTCs.  Marines are encouraged to use the quick tips guide located in the toolkits to set up alerts, which provides updates to changes made to training materials.
3.  HELPFUL WEBSITE LINKS.  Additional resources can be found through the Marine For Life Cycle and Marine On Line (MOL) links.  The M4LC link contains supporting checklists for things to do and things to know for Marines at each action point in their career.  The MOL – A Few Good Links resources tab serves as a one-stop shop for Marines who need to complete Transition Readiness Seminar pre-work requirements.
4.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Active and Reserve Component of the Marine Corps.
