GENTEXT/RMKS/1. On 27 November 2017, Commandant of the Marine Corps approved the adoption of the Marine Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) breast insignia for wear on Marine Corps uniforms. Marines awarded the 7314 and 7315 military occupational specialty (MOS) are authorized to wear the insignia per the guidance provided below.
1.A. Accordingly, paragraph 4002 of Ref B is changed to read: Paragraph 4200.1 BREAST INSIGNIA (See figs. 4-4 and 4-5)
1.B. Per the current edition of MCO P1000.6, Assignment Classification and Travel Systems (ACTS) Manual and whose right to wear the insignia has not been specifically revoked, a Marine qualified or designated as a naval aviator, naval flight officer, Marine aerial navigator, naval aviation observer, naval or combat aircrew member, UAS officer or enlisted operator, parachutist, explosive ordnance disposal technician, or U.S. Navy diver, Marine Special Operator, will wear appropriate breast insignia according to the following regulations.
2. Insignia descriptions paragraph 4002.2.a
2.A. Aviation insignia. Basic naval aviation wings are gold metal wings two and three fourth inches from tip to tip. Centerpieces vary to distinguish aviation specialties. The Marine UAS operator, enlisted insignia for MOS 7314 is a gold metal device 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) in height and two and three fourth inches (6.99 cm) in width, consisting of a silver ring with a circular background of concentric circles emanating from the center, overall a silver delta pointing downwards; all superimposed upon a pair of stylized wings displayed.
3. The Marine UAS officer insignia for MOS 7315 is a gold metal device 5/8 inch (1.59 cm) in height and 2 3/4 inches (6.99 cm) in width, consisting of a bordered shield with a background of concentric circles emanating from the bottom throughout, displaying a delta pointing downwards, all upon a pair of diagonally crossed fouled anchors; all superimposed upon a pair of stylized wings displayed.
3.A. When two Navy/Marine Corps aviation insignia are worn at a time, the senior insignia will be worn 1/8 inch above the other as follows (from top to bottom):

3.D. Marine Aerial Navigator

3.F. Combat Aircrew. Individual option, but may not be worn with Naval aircrew.
