REMARKS/1.  In accordance with Ref A and per Ref B and C, the purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce results of the FY17-01 MASS Panel.
2.  The Commander, MARCORSYSCOM convened the FY17-01 MASS Panel to select Portfolio Managers, Commanding Officer, MCTSSA and ten (10) Program Managers across four (4) portfolios- PfM Command Element Systems (CES), PfM Ground Combat Element Systems (GCES), PfM Logistics Combat Element Systems (LCES), and PfM Supporting Establishment Systems (SES)- as part of the MARCORSYSCOM Force Structure Realignment (FSR).  The FY17-01 panel consisted of General Officers and Senior Executive Service members from DON acquisition organizations and Headquarters Marine Corps stakeholder organizations.  The quality of applicants considered reaffirms that the Marine Corps and MARCORSYSCOM continues to produce and promote leaders of the highest caliber.  The panel received and carefully considered acquisition career records of over 40 applicants and identified the best qualified candidates.  Accordingly, the following Commanding Officer selection is announced (read in three columns):
