GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  As specified in reference B, an annual awards board was convened to review nominations and select awardees for the United States Ground Ordnance Maintenance Awards Program.  The Commandant of the Marine Corps congratulates the following Marines for their selection as the 2016 GOMA recipients.  Read in three columns.
