GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. HQMC Semper Fit (MFS) is seeking applications from active duty Marines interested in participating on the 2017 All-Marine Men's and Women's Softball Teams. Training camp will be held 9 – 17 September 2017 at Lackland AFB, TX. The Armed Forces Men's and Women's Softball Championships will also be held at Lackland AFB, TX 18 - 24 September 2017. Marines selected for the Armed Forces Teams will participate in the Amateur Softball Association Men's and Women's National Softball Championships held 25 September - 1 October 2017 in Oklahoma City, OK.
2.  Interested Marines must submit an online sports application to MFS NLT 14 July 2017. The All-Marine online application system can be accessed from www.usmc-mccs.org(SLASH)services(SLASH)fitness(SLASH)all-marine-sports. Marines must create an account before accessing the application system. Applications must contain command endorsement stating the Marine will be made available to attend all events if selected. For any technical issues with the All-Marine online application system, please contact MFS.
3.  If selected, Marines must have a Government Travel Charge Card and have the ability to use or establish an account for the Defense Travel System.
4.  Funding for this event is available to active duty Marines only.
