HQMC Semper Fit has selected MCB Camp Pendleton to host the championship event to be held 28 - 31 August, 2017.
2.  Interested Marines must submit an application to participate in preliminary events held at the installations.
3.  Applications may be obtained through the local installation Semper Fit HITT Coordinator. Applications must be completed in their entirety and include command endorsement stating the Marine will be made available to attend the preliminary events and the final event at MCB Camp Pendleton, if selected.

Commands are authorized to fund TAD travel at their own discretion using their own funding. In the absence of funded TAD orders commands are also authorized to create unfunded Permissive Temporary Assigned Duty (PTAD) orders at commander discretion. In the absence of PTAD orders Marines from these outlying duty stations are required to receive annual leave approval from the parent command to attend the preliminary events.
