GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  HQMC Semper Fit (MFS) is seeking applications from active duty Marines interested in participating on the Men's Fifteen-A-Side Rugby Team.  The All-Marine Mens Rugby Training Camp will be held 29 August – 16 September 2017 at Marine Corps Base Quantico.  The All-Marine Men's Rugby Team will participate in matches against the Royal Navy during their Royal Navy Rugby Union XV’s Tour.
2.  Interested Marines must submit an online sports application to MFS NLT 16 August 2017.  The All-Marine online application system can be accessed at www.usmc-mccs.org/services/fitness/all-marine-sports.  Marines must create an account before accessing the application system, and all applications must contain command endorsement.  Applicants must have a USA Rugby Certified Individual Personnel Player card (available at www.usarugby.org) and reference their membership number on the application.  For any technical issues with the All-Marine online application system, please contact MFS.
3.  If selected, Marines must have a Government Travel Charge Card and have the ability to use or establish an account for the Defense Travel System.
4.  Funding for this event is available to active duty Marines only.
