GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  HQMC Semper Fit is seeking applications from active duty Marines interested in participating on the 2017 All-Marine Mens and Womens Basketball Team Trial Camp.  The mens camp will be held at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar from 14 - 30 October 2017.  The womens camp will be held at Marine Corps Base Quantico from 14-30 October 2017.  The Mens and Womens Armed Forces Basketball Championships will be held at Lackland Air Force Base 31 October – 8 November 2017.  Men selected for the Armed Forces team will participate in the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe Championship 9 November - 3 December 2017 in Casteau, Belgium.
2.  Interested Marines must submit an online sports application to MFS NLT 15 September 2017.  The All-Marine online application system can be accessed from www.usmc-mccs.org/services/fitness/all-marine-sports.  Marines must create an account before accessing the application system.  Applications must contain command endorsement stating the Marine will be made available to attend all events if selected.  For any technical issues with the All-Marine online application system please contact MFS.
3.  If selected, Marines must have a Government Travel Charge Card, have the ability to use or establish an account for the Defense Travel System, as well as have a valid passport.
4.  Funding for this event is available to active duty Marines only.
