GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Ref A is the Hybrid Logistics Symposium (HLS) Announcement MARADMIN which outlines the purpose and method of the symposium. Ref B is the HLS Nomination MARADMIN which outlines how to apply to be a participant at the HLS. This message serves to announce the primary and alternate participants for the 2018 Hybrid Logistics Symposium (HLS) that will go 26 February – 1 March 2018.
2. HLS Participants. Congratulations to the 2018 HLS participants. These submissions were rated highly by the DC, I and L team and were selected for participation in the 2018 HLS. Primary participants must accept their selection to the HLS via email response to MSG POCs, Kaitlin Penry or Allison Gervasio, NLT 22 January 2018. Coordinating Instructions will be sent via SEPCOR to alternate participants.

3. HLS Way Ahead.
3.a. Travel. Per ref A, DC, I and L will fund all authorized TAD travel expenses via an I and L line of accounting (LOA) that will be processed by the nominees’ chain of command. Participants will receive TAD instructions via SEPCOR NLT 18 January 2018. Participants should notify the MSG POCs if there are any questions.
3.b. Symposium Pre-Work. All symposium pre-work will be done on the All Partners Access Network (APAN). SEPCOR will be sent regarding invitations to the HLS site and cohort sites NLT 22 January 2018. Symposium pre-work should take no more than three hours per week.
4. Funding. DC, I and L will support all travel costs for the Hybrid Logistics Symposium participants. Rental cars and associated costs are not authorized, they are at the discretion of the command.
