GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  As specified in reference B, an annual awards board was convened to review nominations and select awardees for the United States Marine Corps Ground Ordnance Maintenance Awards (GOMA) program.  The Commandant of the Marine Corps congratulates the following Marines for their selection as the 2017 GOMA recipients.  Read in three columns.
