GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This MARADMIN announces the following modification to paragraph 3 of reference (a):  Active Component and Active Reserve Marines will receive the rate increase beginning the April 1st payday.
2.  All other aspects of the message remain in place, to include the effective rate changes as of March 1, 2018.
3.  This modification is due to the requirement of additional software updates for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service.
