RMKS/1.  The Deputy Commandant, Combat Development and Integration has published Marine Corps Tactical Publication (MCTP) 3-34C, Survivability Operations, dated 16 Apr 2018.  MCTP 3-34C, Survivability Operations, is available for download via the United States Marine Corps doctrine website at https:(slash)(slash)homeport.usmc.mil/sites/mcdoctrine/SitePages/Home.aspx.
2.  Background.  MCTP 3-34C, Survivability Operations, was last signed June 2013.  This publication provides the doctrinal basis for the planning and execution of survivability operations.  It also establishes a common reference for unit leaders at all levels and military occupational specialties on survivability operations.
3.  Coordinating instructions.  Reference (a) details steps required to request publication hard copies, however, this publication will be disseminated via electronic distribution only unless commanders submit compelling needs justification for printed copies.  Units requiring print allocations must follow procedures identified in reference (a), paragraph 4a(2).  For Marine Corps Publication Distribution System (MCPDS) identification purposes, the publication control number is 147 000026 00.
4.  This MARADMIN is applicable to Marine Corps total force.
