GENTEXT/RMKS/ 1.  Purpose.  Deputy Commandant, Combat Development and Integration (DC CDI) will convene a NMISOMC RC Review to conduct a capabilities based assessment to review and prioritize the reserve component (RC) and Full Time Support (FTS) manpower requirements for the Marine Corps 2025 effort.
2.  Policies
2.a.  The review will consist of a working group of Col/GS15 members.  Each working group member is allowed to bring two supporting members as necessary.  The Director of Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD) will chair the review.  Additionally, working group members and supporting members are required to serve for the duration of the review, substitutions are not authorized.
2.b.  All presentations and information for review members and supporting members identified will be forwarded via email under SEPCOR.
3.  The following organizations shall provide Col/GS15 representatives to serve as members for the NMISOMC RC Review.
3.a.  DC CDI:
3.a.1.  Dir, CDD (Chair - General Officer billet)
3.a.2.  Dir, TFSD
3.a.3.  Navy Branch Head, TFSD
3.b.  Request DC PPO provide:
3.b.1.  One representative
3.b.2.  Two supporting members as necessary

3.d.  Request COMMARFORRES provide:

3.e.  NLT 31 Jul 2018, working group members and supporting members are required to be identified to the POCs in this message.
4.  Admin and Logistics
4.a.  Date/Location.  The NMISOMC RC Review will convene 0800, 07 Aug 2018 in conference room 236, General Raymond Davis Center, MCB Quantico, VA 22134.  The scheduled completion date is 08 Aug 2018.  Orders are non-reporting.
4.b.  Funding.  The parent command will be responsible for their own funding.

4.e.  JPAS Requests.  All attendees are requested to forward a visitor request via JPAS to SMO Code M30000.  Note the purpose of the visit as the NMISOMC RC Review.  POCs to be included on the visitor request are LCDR Guzman (703) 432-8347 and PSC Contreras (703) 784-4731.
4.f.  Uniform
4.f.1.  Military:  woodland combat utility uniform.
4.f.2.  Civilian:  business casual.
5.  If necessary, amplifying details will be provided via SEPCOR.
6.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
